Instead of speaking fluent English, we (Dutch people) speak a mix of Dutch and English which makes hilarious moment. Although IT people speak a nice mouthfull English, their level of the English language is still inadequate. They stumble particular on grammar. Each language has its own distinct grammar. "English grammar" is the set of rules within the English language itself. "An English grammar" is a specific study or analysis of these rules. Also the cultural knowledge about other countries is poor.

A little bit late to mention but friday the 4e of december I did the VCP410 exam. I passed with 375/500, But that was good enough for me. I had a Storage migration the evening before and crawled under the sheets about 1:30 AM. At 7:00 AM I woke up to take the exam at 9:00 AM.
In the past year and half, I've been working intensively with redesigning Backup and Recovery, moving inactive data to another Tier layers, implementing Archiving, Introduce new NAS Storage and now upgrade our SAN with two new Clariion systems. In the meantime I did three Storage Courses to. Heavy? Yes! So believe me, I can therefore say that it was an eventful year.
But it has paid off! So who's complaining.
