@BBakkenist Wtf 😂
Pictures say more than words. Below some screenshots how to configure Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Windows BaaS (Backup-as-a-Service).
Click, Create a backup plan to protect data on the machine
We are going to create a backup Plan. First What to backup. Click Item to back up..
A new windows opens where you select a Disk/volumes or Files on this machine. I select files for this test. This give you the possibility to select files as you can see in the second picture. I selected Program Data/Acronis which holds a small amount of data.
Next, where to backup. Click Item location. You've got several options. Of course you can select a personal, network folders, FTP or secure FTP location. We choose Online backup storage (BaaS). If you already have an Acronis account Click Log in otherwise Click Get trial subscription. You will be redirected to a website to fill in your credentials. I assume you already got a Log In account because you needed to manage your serial number before install. Click Log In and activate your Cloud Backup trial/solution.
When activated you are ready to go. If needed rename Archive(1). Click Ok.
Next. Plan your parameters. Click Backup options.
Now you see here lots of settings. Select and configure those that apply.
You finished configuring a backup plan. Select your backup Plan and Click Run.
After clicking Run, you see a progress bar running your backup.
Simple as a it should be. In minutes we configured a Backup-as-a-Service solution from Acronis. When using the trial you have 60 days. After these 60 days your Cloud solution will be disabled and data deleted. Need a plan, this is the way to go.
Let's have a quick look how you backup looks like when it's finished and available online.
Click Vault > Personal > Account in the left pane of your windows. There you will find your backup(s) and the possibilities to view or Recover your content.
