VMware vExpert 2014
I’m pleased to announce I am on the list 2014 of vExperts for another year. There are apparently 754 vExperts on this global, which is impressive! Each of these vExperts have demonstrated significant contributions to the community and sharing their expertise with the world. It looks like this community is still growing and a lot of vendors should follow their example.
I want to personally thank those who made this happen, yes we all know who those are ;-). Judging takes a lot of time and effort, definitely with this amounts of vExperts.
If you were selected as a vExpert 2014, you'll be conducting the on-boarding throughout this week and next, so hold tight and expect future communication from VMware soon. You must successfully be enrolled in VMware's private vExpert community to be listed in the vExpert directory and to be alerted to opportunities like the beta programs and complimentary licenses that they offer to vExperts. VMware will provide instructions to gain access to the private forum and the vExpert directory in the next communication via email.
There are a couple changes to the program this year versus years past. VMware has a new policy how to get honored. One of them is now, it’s a quaterly based application. And the Q2 applications are already open at http://bit.ly/LMJqB5.
Congratulations to all the VMware vExperts, new and old ones.
It was Correy Romero who announced the news on the VMTN blog. A complete list of all that made it this year can be found here
