EMC Knowledge Sharing 2010 Book of Abstracts
Since 2007, program participants have generated and published a collection of more than 80 EMC Knowledge Sharing Articles highlighting perspectives on such topics as Cloud Computing, Content Management Best Practices, and innovative approaches for automating information infrastructure management tasks. I received a mail from EMC for participating a contest. After some doubts, because it was not my best article, I decided to join and sign in anyway. Completely forgotten and totaly suprised I received an Mail from EMC where they congratulated me. My abstract was accepted for the next phase of EMC’s Knowledge Sharing competition.
Yesterday I received mail. After opening my package I was suprised to see three complimentary copies of the EMC Proven Professional Knowledge Sharing book of Abstracts and an EMC Proven Professional cap as tokens of appreciation. Of course it's just an abstract of the whole story which will be published in march 2011. Despite the long wait I find it a great honor it wil be published and downloadable for everyone. In case you're curious, EMC is trying to publish a variety of topics each month so that the global audience 'stays tuned' throughout the year. Each month, EMC actively promote each articles in the EMC Proven Professional community and Education Services websites.
I find the EMC’s Knowledge Sharing program a great initiative that allows people from around the globe to tell their story, whether it is about Cloud Computing, Content Management, Backup and Recovery, innovative approaches or other stuff. Let's face it, it's Hot and there is too much to tell. So take your pen... uhhmm keyboard and shout it out.
